This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative developmental research exploring the origins of social and cognitive abilities in infants, children, and adolescents. The post-holder would be joining a collaborative, research-intensive School consistently ranked among the leading Psychology departments in the UK. The post-holder will play a central role in ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the lab and supporting high quality research delivery, and growth of our research programme.

Key responsibilities include:

  *   Coordinating participant recruitment, building partnerships with local sites, including nurseries, schools, museums, and community organisations.
  *   Managing participant records, scheduling, and overseeing laboratory systems
  *   Supporting research activities of staff and students within the ABC lab
  *   Participant testing and data management
  *   Managing recruitment and coordination of undergraduate and taught postgraduate research assistants
  *   Leading public engagement activities and maintaining the lab’s public profile.
