The Future of Work: Understanding and Improving Team Performance
Earn $300 by Participating
*Researchers from the University of Colorado are looking for teams or
workgroups to participate in a 10-week research study with the goal to
understand factors that lead to effective, high-performing teams. The study
will offer participants a unique opportunity to gain actionable insights
regarding their team’s work performance and how to improve it. The study
should only take 3-4 hours of time over a ten-week period. Participants
will receive $300 in Amazon gift cards for their efforts. Furthermore, we
will provide participants with their results to help them work more
effectively in their teams. *
Participation in the study involves:
- Wearing a health sensor on your wrist (Garmin vivoSmart 4) up to 24
hours daily
- Running a lightweight app on your smartphone
- Taking a set of online surveys at the start of the study
- Taking very short daily surveys (1-2 minutes) through a phone app
- Placing and carrying a few Bluetooth beacons
- Participating in an online interview at the end of the study (15-30
minutes)
In order to participate, you must be an adult, work full-time in a
cognitively demanding job and work with a team.
