The New School for Social Research and Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts at The New School seek applicants for a tenure-track appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor within the Department of Psychology to begin Fall 2020. 
Candidates with interests in Social, Developmental, or Cognitive Psychology are encouraged to apply. The New School is committed to actively recruiting from a diverse pool of applicants. The successful candidate should have an original, active program of research that advances psychological science, complements and extends current department strengths, and has the potential to attract external funding. We seek candidates with promise of excellence and innovation in their research and teaching. The teaching load is four classroom courses per year and includes both graduate and undergraduate teaching and mentoring.
Applicants must have the PhD (as of August 31, 2020). The review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. The start date for the position is July 2020.
