the universities of Giessen, Marburg, and Darmstadt, in collaboration with the University of Frankfurt and the Frankfurt Institute of Advanced Studies (FIAS), pursue the goal of advancing research in the field of Mind, Brain, and Behaviour in an interdisciplinary
manner. We combine state-of-the-art behavioral and neurophysiological research with approaches from psychiatry and clinical psychology, as well as quantitative analyses and computational modeling using artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics.
It is the aim of The Adaptive Mind to measure and model the continuous adaptation of natural human behavior in a constantly changing and unpredictable world.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

scientific research contributions that relate specifically to the purposes of the TAM project, a part of which deals with the Sense of Agency and the neuronal correlates of adaptive perceptual and sensorimotor processes in patients with schizophrenia. Of particular
interest are impairments in predictive processes for sensorimotor control. The focus of the position lies in the carrying out and modelling of behavioural experiments with both healthy individuals and, in collaboration with the Department of Psychiatry and
Psychotherapy in Marburg, in patient groups.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
