serve as a Mentorship Program Associate and support the expansion of its flagship mentoring initiatives. Since 2019, the Committee has hosted an annual Conference Pop-up Mentoring Event alongside the Society’s Annual Meeting, matching over 150 mentees each
year with mentors to support professional development and career growth. </span></p>
