<p>The Coupled Minds Lab (PI: Sebastian Speer) is recruiting PhD students for Fall 2026.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>Our lab investigates how social interactions shape connection, consensus, and conflict. We use a multimodal approach —
<strong><span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">fMRI & EEG hyperscanning</span></strong>,
<strong><span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">computational modeling</span></strong>, and
<strong><span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">natural language processing</span></strong> — to study how conversations actively transform minds.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>We aim to answer questions such as:<o:p></o:p></p>
