<div style='font-family: "Arial"; font-size: 10pt;'>All interested are invited
to an online discussion on “The Need for a Higher Resolution Turing Test”.
This discussion introduces a proposed public experiment to collectively
define such a test in order to define a better functional model of what
intelligence actually is. Attendees are
invited to consider the questions in the background beforehand, and if
possible,
to
read the brief “List of Analogies” to get an understanding of what a better
functional model of intelligence entails, why it might be required in order
to be able to reliably insert more "intelligence" into the process of
addressing existential risks like AI alignment, and why a better, higher
resolution Turing test might be required to discover such a model.</div>

<div style='font-family: "Arial"; font-size: 10pt;'>This discussion is part of
an effort to explore novel approaches to understanding and aligning future AI
systems, along with eventually improving the way we tackle all human
challenges in general. Participants will have the opportunity to contribute
to a novel
approach to AI alignment, network with like-minded thinkers, and potentially
get involved in future research.</div>
