on human children, successful candidates might employ cognitive neuroscience, animal cognition, cross-cultural work (international or within the U.S.), or computational modeling, among other approaches</span><span style="margin:0px; font-size:12pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"">.<span> </span></span><span style="margin:0px; font-size:11pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"">Topics
of study might include: conceptual representation, social cognition, reasoning, decision-making, perception, action planning or language, among others. We seek candidates whose research complements research already going on in the Department, taking it in
