(EXC 2075) is an interdisciplinary research center with more than 200 scientists performing research towards a common goal: We target a new class of modeling and computational methods based on available data from various sources, in order to take the usability,
precision and reliability of simulations to a new level. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

to) ethical and social concerns connected with simulation science, such as data ethics, privacy issues, or dual use; the function of different media (including literature and art) in the critical reflection of potential risks and effects of simulation science;
or empirical studies on impact assessment of research approaches within the cluster. The successful candidate will work closely together with the SimTech “Platform for Reflection”, which offers a forum for reflecting on more general implications of the research
conducted within EXC 2075.
