of the current crisis. To get a better picture of <b>how researchers think about pandemic-related cultural change
</b></span><strong><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-family:"Roboto Light";color:#333333;background:white">that have unfolded so far</span></strong><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-family:"Roboto Light";color:#333333;background:white">, we designed a short </span><b><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-family:"Roboto Light";color:#333333">5<strong><span style="font-family:"Roboto Light";background:white">-10
min survey</span></strong></span></b><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-family:"Roboto Light";color:#333333;background:white"> asking social scientists (faculty and graduate students) about their perceptions of these changes</span><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-family:"Roboto Light";color:#333333">
in the last six months<span style="background:white">. After collecting the data, we hope to provide a summary to interested scientists and the general public.</span><br>

Several months ago, w<span style="background:white">e sent similar surveys asking about predictions, now we are interested in

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-family:"Roboto Light"">For a separate project, my colleagues and I are inviting academics to join the Forecasting Collaborative to generate numerical
<b>forecasts</b> based on general intuition, theory, or data (e.g., models) over the next 12 months. We are interested in the following variables: life satisfaction, affective well-being, political polarization and ideology, implicit/explicit bias towards Asian
and African Americans, and gender-career bias. Tournament participants qualify for authorship on the resulting publication.
