in my newly established department at the University of Stuttgart, Germany (<a href="https://www.ife.uni-stuttgart.de/en/llis/">https://www.ife.uni-stuttgart.de/en/llis/</a>) targets this question by combining educational theories with psychological methods
and algorithms from artificial intelligence to develop intelligent educational technologies.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
