<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The Program in Interdisciplinary Education Research, the Department of Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction Institute, and the Neuroscience Institute at Carnegie Mellon University
are excited to announce that applications are now being accepted to our fifth <b>
Summer Program for Undergraduate Researchers (SPUR)</b>.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">This program supports our commitment to training a diverse set of leaders in the field of psychology, neuroscience, learning sciences, and related disciplines.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">We encourage applications from students from underrepresented groups, including racial/ethnic minorities, first-generation college students, economically disadvantaged students,
veterans, and students with disabilities. Students admitted into the program will spend 8 weeks during the summer working in a research laboratory at Carnegie Mellon University. Each student will receive a fellowship stipend of $3,000 for the eight-week of
the SPUR program and apartment-style housing will also be provided. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
