Technologies (SoLET) Laboratory directed by Danielle McNamara. The postdoctoral
research scholars will be working on projects funded by the IES and ONR to (a) design
and develop tutoring modules and (b) explore factors influencing students’
performance in comprehension, writing, and mathematics. The candidates will be
involved in studies with elementary, high school, and adult literacy students,
including teachers and schools across multiple sites in AZ, NH, MN, and GA. The

particularly one focusing on learning and cognitive sciences. There are three
