  Dear colleagues,

I am writing to invite you to join Computational Psycholinguistics, a
new Discord community for researchers, students, and practitioners
working at the intersection of computational methods (AI and NLP) and the
psychology
  of language.

Whether your work touches on psycholinguistic modelling, NLP for mental
health, language models of cognition, or the broader overlap between
computational and psychological approaches to language — this server is
  built for you.

The community includes dedicated spaces for academic discussion, a
paper club, a job board, conference, and
shared resources. Membership is open to researchers at all career
  stages, from undergraduates to faculty.

 You can join here: https://discord.gg/cTGpa48sNx

This community is experimental, and has arisen from my interest in seeing
whether the NLP x Psychology overlap really is that niche, or whether
it is bigger than it appears.

Regardless if you join as a psycholinguist, computational social
scientist, or just someone who is curious, your contribution is welcome.

  Best regards,
  Hubert Plisiecki
