Dear All,

We have a new position for a 4 years post-doctoral fellow to work in the Language and Cognition Laboratory at University College London (https://www.ucl.ac.uk/pals/language-and-cognition-lab) on a project recently funded by the Leverhulme Trust.

The project, in collaboration with Abdellah Fourtassi (Aix-Marseille University) and Yan Gu (University of Essex) looks at the role of verbal and non-verbal coordination/contingencies between teacher-learner in learning new words and concepts across child and adult learners as well as across Western and Eastern cultures. It uses corpus and experimental (behavioural) methods.
