Dear colleagues,
The Princeton Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence is advertising for Postdoctoral Research Fellows for a new research initiative called Natural and Artificial Minds (NAM), focusing on the intersection of AI and cognitive science. The position is open to PhDs in cognitive science, psychology, computer science, philosophy, or a related discipline:

The aim is to hire postdocs to work on one or both of two core projects: one is on "Explanation and Intelligibility," and the other is on "Developing and Testing AI Models of Human Cognitive Function." Both projects involve a fair bit of flexibility within these topics, and we expect candidates to be co-advised by two Princeton faculty members. AI Postdoctoral Research Fellows will receive a competitive salary, benefits, office and equipment, compute resources, and yearly research support. Candidates are encouraged to apply by the start-of-review date, December 31, 2024 to guarantee consideration.

Best wishes,
Tom.
