Dear colleagues,

We have a PhD scholarship/stipend (with full tuition fee waiver) available associated with an Australian Research Council (ARC) funded project in our lab (https://research.qut.edu.au/lcbs/) at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Brisbane, Australia.

The aim of the Project is to investigate the role of language statistics/statistical learning mechanisms in production and comprehension using psycholinguistic, fMRI and TMS methods. Investigators are Greig de Zubicaray (QUT), Katie McMahon (QUT), Elaine Kearney (QUT), Joanne Arciuli (Flinders University) and Frank Guenther (Boston University)

Eligible applicants will:


  *   have completed a postgraduate qualification (MPhil or MSc) administered and assessed in English from an institution in the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand or UK.
