[CogSci] NSF-funded CogSci postdoc

Abhilasha Kumar (Bowdoin College) and Mike Jones (Indiana University) are looking for a postdoc to start on a newly funded NSF project.

The postdoc will collaboratively work with PIs at Bowdoin College and Indiana University. The project, Modeling Search within the Mental Lexicon (NSF #2235362) will investigate the cognitive mechanisms underlying memory search and retrieval. The postdoc will work on developing a unified computational framework based on a large gamified behavioral study and novel approaches to model search via random walks and optimal foraging.
This is a two-year appointment, starting as soon as September 1, 2023 (start date is flexible). The annual stipend for this benefits-eligible position is $63,000.
