Dear all,

Symbolic Systems <http://symsys.stanford.edu> is Stanford's cognitive
science program - we are an interdisciplinary blend of psychology,
linguistics, and computer science. We have fabulous students and a
prominent list of alums in both industry and academia.

We're looking for a teaching coordinator to support both Symbolic Systems
1, our introductory undergraduate class, and our mentored research summer
program that is focused on broadening diversity in the cognitive sciences.
Candidates should be motivated to contribute to undergraduate instruction
and interested in working directly with students as well as with course
staff, teaching assistants, and research mentors. The job includes many
opportunities for direct teaching experience that will be useful for
building an academic career for teaching-focused positions.

wide range (66 - 132k) due to the variability in experience across possible
candidates. Hybrid work arrangements are possible, but local residence is
required.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions about the position,
