Hello all,

Character Lab, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization is looking to
make an immediate hire for a Research Partnerships Manager position. In a
nutshell, Character Lab is devoted to advancing scientific insights that
help kids thrive. We were founded in 2012 by two educators (Dave Levin and
Dominic Randolph) and one scientist (Angela Duckworth) who see character
development as essential to helping all children thrive. We partner with
middle and high schools as well as researchers to help significantly
expedite the research-in-schools process, which is typically long and

The Research Partnerships Manager

full position description) will work with our Director of Research
Partnerships to support all aspects of the research process and will have
direct contact with our partner researchers and school data teams
(important note that this role does not involve the manager conducting
their own research, but rather, facilitating the research of our partner
scientists). Applicants should have prior research experience (and 5+ years
of overall work experience), but it does not have to be an
education-specific research experience.
