[CogSci] Postdoctoral position at NYU in machine learning and cognitive science

A postdoctoral position is available in the NYU Human & Machine Learning Lab (https://cims.nyu.edu/~brenden/lab-website/index.html), with Brenden Lake as the principal investigator.

We are starting an ambitious project to model child headcam videos, using self-supervised learning techniques from machine learning and computer vision. The aim is to see what knowledge of objects and agents can be learned from raw input.

The position is for two-years, and it offers a competitive salary. Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in computer science, data science, cognitive science, or related disciplines by the start date. We are looking for candidates with strong software engineering skills and experience with deep learning.
