[CogSci] 2019 deadline extended for MathPsych but not for ICCM

Please note that the submission deadline for the 52nd Annual Meeting of
the Society for Mathematical Psychology has been extended to *April 30,
2019* (anywhere in the world).
The submission deadline for the 17th International Conference on
Cognitive Modeling (ICCM) is unchanged at *April 22, 2019* (anywhere in
the world).
