[CogSci] Tenure-track position at Rutgers-New Brunswick

The Department of Psychology at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, NJ, invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in COGNITIVE PSYCHOLOGY, with a start date of September 2019. We seek a candidate with a strong research program in any of three broad areas: (1) cognitive neuroscience; (2) computational approaches to cognition; or (3) experimental approaches to development, language, or decision making. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology, cognitive science, or a related field; must have an active research program and the potential to attract extramural funding; and will be expected to teach Psychology courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. 

Our department has a vibrant faculty and excellent resources, with close links to the Rutgers Center for Cognitive Science, the Rutgers Center for Computational Biomedicine Imaging and Modeling, the Rutgers Brain Health Institute, and the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.  Applicants should submit a CV, research statement, teaching philosophy, and representative reprints, and arrange for three letters of recommendation to be submitted at the application site.
